Terms and conditions

By using Yashfeeni (the app, the website or any related service), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Yashfeeni is an intermediary platform connecting patients with doctors, pharmacies and laboratories. Medical staff are professionally responsible for their services, and Yashfeeni is not a healthcare provider.

In an emergency, call 911 immediately — Yashfeeni is not a substitute for an ambulance or the emergency room.

• Providing accurate information (name, phone, medical history).
• Not impersonating a doctor or laboratory.
• Paying the fees agreed with the service provider.
• Not using the platform for any illegal activity.

You can pay from your Yashfeeni wallet balance or in cash at the clinic. No online payment gateway appears in the app until it is enabled and verified as ready. If a paid booking is cancelled while it is still pending or confirmed, the amount is refunded to the payer’s wallet. After check-in or once the visit has started, self-cancellation is not available in the app.

Yashfeeni does its best to keep the service accurate, but is not responsible for:

• Treatment decisions made by the doctor or patient.
• Medical errors (these are the doctor's professional responsibility).
• Internet outages or infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from misuse of the account by the user themselves.

We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material change 30 days in advance through the app and by email.

These terms are governed by Iraqi law, and any dispute is settled by the competent courts of Baghdad.
